As first-time buyers, we were pretty daunted at the process of viewing homes, making offers, signing papers, etc., and we found Mark to be incredibly helpful. He was always extremely responsive with booking showings on short notice; he would usually respond within the hour, and we got to see practically every house we were interested in. Once there, Mark's tours were detailed and informative. In addition, whenever we asked him for advice or recommendations, we found that he provided helpful and honest advice. Once we got to making an offer, he called us and walked us through the forms, explaining what each field actually meant as opposed to "initial here, sign here," etc.

The market is tough right now, but with the help of Mark and his team, my girlfriend and I had an offer accepted and are looking forward to moving into our new home next week.
