I can’t say enough great things about Andy. My husband and I were initially very opposed to using an agent at all due to past experience. We met Andy at an open house and decided to have a no commitment meeting with him afterwards. He came so well prepared (with a large binder of comp compares for the home we were selling) and was so thorough about the services he would provide and the process of buying/selling that we started working with him immediately. He was incredibly fast to respond to any question/concern at literally any time of day/night. He gave us honest opinions, which we appreciated whole heartedly. And most importantly, he got us into a new house and sold our current house in about a month. He scheduled private showings for us almost immediately upon request (sometimes several in a day) and was always knowledgeable about the area/town. He managed to align our closing dates within a week of one another. We are expecting our first child shortly so timing and location were both incredibly important to us. He tackled a few challenges in the process for us head on, including not only the standard negotiations, but also dedicated an expected weekend (on the sale of our existing home) to scheduling a last minute open house and finding a SECOND buyer for our home when the first buyer backed out. He always thoroughly explained things and ensured that we understood the process before pushing anything forward. He changed our opinion on real estate agents altogether and we can’t recommend him enough. Incredible from start to finish and just an overall great person. We will actually miss working with him, as well as his partner, Tammy, who was also wonderful.

Andy and Tammy were a terrific team for us. They are SUPER knowledgeable about the area. They were really responsive to us and got back to us almost immediately throughout the entire process, including making sure we could see properties as soon as we needed to. In terms of organization and working with our attorney, loan agent and other agent they were seamless and very helpful. Would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Tammy and Andy were so excellent to work with! We were relocating from across the country during this pandemic, which made things difficult in so many ways. There were not very many homes on the market that fit our needs, in the area we were looking and it seemed impossible to find anything but they worked their miracles and found us exactly what we were looking for! They worked so hard and are super knowledgeable and they honestly went above and beyond and were so professional in the way they communicated with us, which helped things go so smoothly. We will always be so appreciative of them in helping us find this amazing home that we love so much!

This is for Andy Paleologos who handled the sale of my home in Blackstone Mass. I was referred to Andy by a co-worker. This is a rare breed amongst real estate agents. Andy visited my home which needed quite a bit of work inside. It could have been sold as is and my proceeds would have been minimal. After he evaluated the work that needed to be completed he supplied an approximate out of pocket cost. This agent coordinated and managed over half a dozen contractors and had my entire house updated. Painters, electricians, a handyman, plumbers, even the inspections and lawyers were all handled by Andy. All within budget. The house had 7 offers in one day of having an open house. Mind you this was May/April of 2020 which was during a covid epidemic. The offers were all above the asking price. I can't say enough about Andy and what he did for us I don't think you will find any real estate agent that goes above and beyond more than Andy Paleologos.

For the second time in 6 years, Andy Paleologos has helped buy and sell our home. And just like before, he made the process as simple as possible. He has an incredible amount of experience, including local to Marlborough and I appreciated his attention to detail. What impressed me the most is his responsiveness, which was almost immediate nearly every time. The network and relationship he's built with attorneys and lenders, as well as other realtors, made the process efficient and effective. I will never choose anyone else to help me buy or sell homes.

They made themselves available to us at any time of day and answered every question we had. With their expertise and guidance in marketing we had multiple offers on our house within a week.
