I worked with Verma Team (Rajesh Verma) when I was about to list my property to sell and at the same time, I agreed to work with the Verma team to buy my next house. I am extremely impressed how professional, through, well informed and agile the whole team is and at the same time very friendly, polite and super responsive.

Selling my property was a breeze, I was briefed about the whole process, guided properly what to expect and how to prepare the house for the market. From open house to contract signing and closing, every step of the way properly explained and the deal was closed without any issue and according to my likings.

Once that step was closed, I was again prepared well by the Verma team how we will go with the process of buying. The team was ready to show me any house we wanted to see so we went through good amount of properties before we found one to put a contract on. Again, all steps were thoroughly explained and we started the process of putting a contract. I got my house from the first contract that we put in to purchase. This was a tricky deal due to some legal issues from the seller but the Verma Team managed all the steps and procedures smoothly without any glitch and we were able to close the deal in 4 weeks.

I have worked with some many professional teams in different aspects of life, I found the Verma Team an extremely professional and at the same time very friendly and easy to work with. I wish them all the best in their work and I would like to suggest them to anyone who want to have the best realtor team in this region.

Rajesh Verma is very professional, personal, punctual and detailed oriented agent. Above all, he is funny and made the home buying experience a pleasant memory. working with him , we felt as if some friend is helping us since he was meticulous and patiently showing us homes n areas. He would point out any negatives before we can spot and ask us to move. During the course , he learned my wife’s needs and ends up showing a home , that we liked moment we stepped in the door.
Moreover, paperwork with his company was easy to complete and absolutely hassle free.
We would highly recommend Rajesh Verma and company.
