Theresa and David Evans

David and Theresa Evans together have 37 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in real estate. David has been in sales and marketing since 1983, while Theresa began working in Real Estate in charge of quality control of Customer Service as well as regulatory compliance for all contracts and in charge of Accounting for Property Management. David has worked in the Fayetteville Real Estate and New Construction market since 1991. He was V.Pres. of Floyd Properties Real Estate and Broker in Charge of 45 agents from 1994 until sold in 2005. David has been a Director for the Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors for the last 8 years and was 2010 President of the (FRAR) Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year in 2011. David was President of Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors for 2015 and 2016 respectively.

David’s extensive experience in sales, negotiation and people management combined with Theresa’s background in Customer Service and regulatory requirements for Real Estate Transactions enable them together to help buyers and sellers in any aspect needed.
