Born and raised in Carlisle, PA, Teri specializes in selling homes to buyers looking to purchase in her hometown and surrounding areas, as well as listing homes for sale in Cumberland County. Specializing in first-time home buyers, Teri prides herself on being able to smoothly walk a potential homebuyer through the process step by step, and fully explain the necessary documentation needed for purchasing your new home. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Teri is also the Owner and Operations Manager for the Iron Valley Real Estate / Titan IV and partnered offices. Overseeing the agents in her brokerages, and ensuring that they have a strong support system to help them deal with the real estate market, Teri helps to train new agents and get them fully up and running to become successful realtors.
