Theresa David has been a licensed real estate agent since 1988, providing an unrivaled in-depth knowledge of the marketplace. Her success is based upon communication, integrity and confidentiality.

Since moving to Westwood in 2008, she has been a consistent top producer, earning President's Circle Awards. Her specialties included new construction, antiques, first-time home buyers, relocation as well as secondary residences in the Cape Cod area.

Theresa's former experience as a Financial Consultant for Merrill Lynch helps her understand that buying and selling a home is the most important investment you will make in your lifetime. This experience provides the knowledge and work ethic to go above and beyond a client's expectations. In negotiations, Theresa consistently optimizes every opportunity to obtain the best results for her clients. She is a member of both The National Association Board of Realtors® and The Greater Boston Real Estate Board®; and holds certifications as a relocation specialist and a USAA preferred agent.

A Massachusetts native, Theresa and her husband Stephen, a real estate attorney and developer, reside in Westwood with their children.
