Theresa Denham

Theresa moved to Idaho from Bend Or in 2020. She previously owned a 25 yr consulting business. Her love of real estate started as a child and she helped her dad with real estate projects learning how to evaluate property and make wise investment choices. After retiring from her 25 year consulting, Theresa decided to make her hobby her second career. She works diligently with clients for amazing seamless results. She is a go getter, loves rural and agriculture properties, has excelled in getting certifications for Military Relocation Specialist, Epro and continues to educate. She raises specialty cattle, and lives in Rural Middleton Idaho.
