Theresa Dolan was the realtor who helped me buy a house. She was and is an amazing person who helped me the whole entire time with the Purchase of the house. She helped with every incident that happened and was always there when something happened. She was very professional, experienced and helpful and i cant recommend her enough. We used Terry to look for homes in Westchester all along the Harlem line in the Spring of 2020. She was so great and easy to work with, especially considering the restrictions around covid. She was responsive and took time to explain the process to us as first time home buyers and helped us define our search. Terry is GREAT and it was a delight work with such a dedicated professional. She is patient with her clients and protective of them, is always at the ready, and is doggedly effective at getting things done, from start to end. She was an advocate who wrangled quick house tours and carefully checked and discussed each prospect with us, noting elements which we would have missed or failed to consider. We had a challenging purchasing process and difficulties coordinating with the various parties involved, and in this last stage, she also proved invaluable, nudging people and expediting actions. Terry has spent the past 5 years of her life assisting me with finding my "perfect first home." It hasn't been easy, however, she's been by my side throughout it all. I'll admit, I've been difficult to deal with at times; as my needs, wants and demands were high, however, she has never given up on me! Terry is truly a devoted, dedicated and trustworthy woman! Theresa was absolutely amazing to work with! I had been looking for a property for over a year and the entire time she was patient, helpful and accommodating to my schedule. I would make trips up from the city and she would offer to pick me up from the train station or drop me off after a showing. Whenever we would see a property, she would share great insight and tips to keep in mind when finding your home. Also, being a first-time home buyer, I had so many questions and Theresa was so clear and thorough when answering them. She never made me feel foolish and held my hand through the whole process. She put me in touch with lawyers, brokers, home inspectors, etc. She went above and beyond in every sense of the term and at every stage in this process. She even went as far as taking my 40-page board application, printing it, putting it in binders with dividers, making 4 separate binders and dropping it off to the management company. She was on top of everything and always followed up with all parties in the process to make sure things were done correctly and moving forward. I highly recommend Theresa and will absolutely work with her on any future dealings.
