I will never NOT recommend Theresa Goolsby! Theresa worked exceptionally hard for my husband and I to find and get the home we always dreamed of. As first time homebuyers we were very uncertain of many things that go into it but Theresa took her time and explained everything to us (sometimes multiple times!) until she knew we were comfortable. As our home was being built Theresa drove to the site weekly if not more to make sure everything was proceeding and things were getting done appropriately.
Theresa is quick to answer any and all questions, always kind and willing to help in any way, and will go out of her way to to make sure you are comfortable mentally and emotionally. Theresa is a one of a kind agent and my husband and I consider ourselves extremely blessed to have crossed paths with her. If it weren’t for Theresa Goolsby we would not be in our beautiful new home. We will always consider Theresa a welcome friend into our family and home! Thank you Theresa! You helped make our dream a reality!!
