We recently bought and sold a house and used Theresa as our agent. She really was all we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She was highly competent and knowledgeable and gave us great advice in which our needs and wants were always the priority. She was very responsive and available and never made us feel like we were bothering her with our many questions. She treated us with respect and patience, even when we asked silly questions. She was very down to earth and fun to be around-which made this stressful situation of buying and selling during Covid times much more pleasant! Theresa was a joy to work with and made the process of selling my home very smooth and easy! She was quick to respond to any emails, text messages, or phone calls I had. Theresa also went out of her way to check on our home after a tornado hit Nashville in early March 2020, as we were out of town. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor!

I have remodeled and sold two houses in the last three years. One in another state and not by choice. This process was for a great outcome. I chose this move. I wanted this move. Theresa was the answer to prayer. My sale in Mississippi took over two years. It was hard! On day one she came to the house and we talked about things that might help me. I had a lot of work to do (long distance) and she helped me coordinate everything. Once it was listed, BAM! Sold in less than 3 days. She was such a pleasure to work with. She, literally, prayed me through this entire process. I cannot possibly give her the praise that she deserves but I recommend her HIGHLY! She is a go-getter. If you need a house sold, she should be your first and your last thought!

Theresa has been absolutely amazing to work with! When we weren’t even looking she came across a home that she felt would be perfect for our family. After seeing the home, we instantly fell in love! The next few days were chaotic as we prepped to list our house but Theresa was sure to help us remain calm and informed throughout the whole process. After our home was listed we received an offer on the same day as open house! In only 19 days we looked at a house, prepped our home for sale, sold and purchased our new home, and moved! None of this would’ve been possible without Theresa’s experience, efficiency, knowledge, and support! Theresa recently assisted me with my home purchase. She did an excellent job and stayed on top of the situation from start to finish. Theresa helped me find properties that fit my needs, and then I was able to select the property that is best for my family. She handled the negotiations extremely well. She has an amazing contact list to help address any issue that is related to the transaction — contractors, finance, insurance, and other services that may be required.
