Theresa Monahan

Theresa Monahan is a second generation real estate broker and is proud to align herself with Premiere Property Group, LLC. Before earning her real estate broker's license, she earned her CPA license and worked in financial reporting roles for Mentor Graphics, Iberdrola Renewables, Car Stereo City, and Northwest Natural. While she has lived in the northwest for over 30 years, Theresa has personally been involved in the purchase and sale of many homes, acreage, investment rental properties, and land development. Her financial background combined with her experience and knowledge in the local real estate market provides you with the trusted skillset that you are seeking in a real estate broker. Outside of the real estate career that Theresa loves, she enjoys hiking, running, writing, traveling on humanitarian mission trips, and spending time with her family. Theresa is a West Linn resident where her husband and I have raised four children. They are blessed to call the Northwest their home.
