We owned a home in Oak Harbor. Terri was the original listing agent when we bought it and was our buyer's agent on that deal. She was our agent this time without question. Her knowledge of the selling market allowed us to receive top dollar on the sell of this home. While we had issues due to renting this home for almost 8 years that were very unforeseeable, she walked us through every step of the way with patience that we did not have. Being away from Oak Harbor, she took care of finding contractors from handymen, electrician, and plumbers. Even in the light of Covid-19, she was able to secure what we needed so we could market and close on this home quickly. (She even found a long lost pendant light that was gifted to me when we closed, a light that I adored and thought was gone forever.) We received a full ask offer, something I feel we would not have gotten had any other realtor been our agent. Terri did not fluff anything we asked her. She was straight forward with her answers that we needed to know. If you are looking for an agent, you cannot go wrong with Terri at ReMax!
