Therese and her husband Paul, worked with me and my husband on both the selling and buying of our home(s). Therese was always available to ask any and all questions and always showed us patience, professional insight and even humor/levity in appropriate situations. We won’t use anyone else, should we want to sell this house we just purchased in the future.

the whole selling experience went smoothly and the fact that Therese kept us informed every day.. sometimes twice a day was the best part.
we received the full asking price and closed on the date that was chosen on signing the contract were pluses also. this was an estate sale and 5 people... 2 out of state and 1 out of country.. could be coordinated was amazing.
we had a second house to sell in northern Florida and if it had been possible we would have had Therese sell it also.
thank you.. 5 stars.
