As a full-time real estate agent since 2005, Therese has been helping Metro Phoenix area residents of Arizona with their real estate needs.

Buying and selling real estate can be a stressful process. It is a big move and one of the largest financial investments you may ever make. Yes, it is a place to live but more importantly, it is a very important decision to make. Therese is here to help make this experience as smooth as possible before, during, and after the sale. In addition to being your source of information, she will be your advocate dedicated to finding a home that fits your needs and offering an objective voice of reason during this real estate transaction. Through this experience, her goal is to earn your trust as your real estate agent for life.

In the process of gathering information to help guide her clients through the process of buying and/or selling their home, she has earned the following designations: Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and At Home with Diversity® Certification.

Therese is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and the West & Southeast REALTORS® of the Valley and the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce. Her accounting degree and work experience has taught her to be detail oriented, organized, and have excellent planning skills.

Her family moved to Goodyear from the Bay Area in Northern California in 1994. She has watched the area grow from a small farming community into a wonderful place to raise her family, work, live, relax and play. In Therese’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and reading.
