Thomas Bible

Resident of Tampa Bay since 1988, USF Graduate with a BA in Business Communications, and former Florida Research Director for CB Richard Ellis, Bible has the marketing and research background required to understand what it takes to accomplish your real estate goals. As a Broker Associate with Colliers Arnold and an Account Executive with CoStar Group, he sharpened his negotiating skills while training the majority of Tampa Bay brokers on how to provide better solutions for their clients.

His degree in Marketing Communications from the University of South Florida and Associates degree in Business from Pennsylvania State University give him a solid foundation in the principles of Business Marketing and Administration. Added to this, his extensive background in Market Research and Broker Training give him the depth of experience to advise clients regarding real estate investment strategies and tactics in order to maximize a portfolio’s performance.

Thomas brings over 25 years of Marketing and Commercial Real Estate experience including office and retail leasing/sales on both the landlord and tenant representation sides. His involvement in The Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, Practice Partners Networking and Idlewild Baptist Church give him a wealth of resources to draw from in the service of his clients.
