Thomas Bowers

Thomas is a 36 year veteran Realtor who has been helping clients buy and sell real estate in
the Greater Pasadena Area of Southern California. He started his practice as a “Rehabber”, a
process of finding, fixing and reselling single family residences. Naturally over the years, he
developed and enhanced many relationships with some of the best and most trusted tradesmen and artisans found in the area of his practice. The level of trust and care that he has developed with these service providers means that he can get them to do their work and defer their payment until the end of escrow, with no interest on the amount owed nor any additional fees.

Thomas has gained a keen eye for detail on what would make the most sense in either
replacing or fixing as it matters to achieving the best sale price. Being a past member of
“Pasadena Heritage”, he took many classes given by this organization on how to properly
restore the many different architectures found in his primary area of practice.

Raised in South Pasadena and benefitting from the exceptional school system found there, he
knows it is the “Cornerstone” of the property values of the city. This is why he volunteered to serve 2 years on the board of the “South Pasadena Educational Foundation”, (S.P.E.F.) an
organization that raises monies that go to fund additional programs like music and art.

Finally, Thomas is a recipient of the “Graduate Realtors Institute Certificate”, a designation from the State of California, awarded to the top 5% of all Realtors in the state for sales volume and continuing education.
