I don’t know where to begin with Tom Freeland. We were trying to sell my mother-in-law’s house from out of state. We were referred to Tom and Long Realty by an active client of Tom’s. From the get go Tom was excellent. Whenever we called he called back immediately. He was very genuine and told us the honest truth about the price and how the house should be sold. We had to have work done and he had the contacts that were all very fair and did great work. We wished he was in Colorado because we would definitely use him for our realty needs. The house was sold at a very fair price and the closing was flawless. We would highly recommend using Tom for all your realtor needs.

I intially met Tom at an open house and we started talking. From the first day, Tom showed genuine interested in my endeavor to purchase a house in Tuscon without rushing. I met him at his office a few days later and went over options since I was not looking to purchase immediately because I live out of state. Tom provided termendous insight into my neighborhoods of interest and even suggested areas I had not considered. Tom would send me weekly updates on available homes and we kept in touch over the next few months. An unexpected trip to Tuscon led me to reach out and I purchased a home in the Casa Adobes area. The entire process was simple and painless. All documents were sent via email and every single one explained along the way. A detailed explanation of the home inspection was provided and it allowed for me to request some minor repairs which the owner ageed to. Tom made himself available to ensure the repairs were completed, and furthermore, made himself available again for one of the repairs as it took place after the closing. Tom and Long Realty have a system in place that makes home purchasing efficient. I would not only recommend working with Tom but I would also say that if you are looking for a realty company give Long Realty a serious consideration. Finally, he recommended a mortage broker (Ryan Fitzgerald) which I used since the closing cost were lower than the initial broker I was using. Great Work Tom and my family thanks you.

My husband and I started looking in the Green Valley, Arizona area to retire. We found a house we liked and Tom was the realtor. We called Tom and the rest is history. Tom not only went out and did an in depth video for the house but gave us his honest opinion as to the condition of the property. We had not closed on our property in the Midwest but Tom kept us posted on other properties and was always there via long distance to answer any questions. When we traveled to Green Valley and met Tom we both were so impressed with his knowledge of the area, his professionalism and honesty. Not only has Tom found us a beautiful home but he has been with us every step of the way from buying to closing. Tom is the best realtor we have had the privilege of working with.

Tom helped us find the perfect Green Valley home in the few days we were visiting from out of state. He quickly brought together the resources to secure a reliable inspection. He took the heavy lifting to make sure we had estimates for work we would be responsible for. He made sure the sellers’ repairs were done in advance of close. Although we currently live 1500 miles away, he ensured the transaction was smooth and hassle-free. We highly recommend Tom.
