Where do I begin? I have so many great things to say about our realtor Thomas and Big Real Estate! Myself and my Fiancé were looking to buy our first home together, and stumbled upon Thomas through Zillow. We went searching high and low for homes to tour, and with our busy schedule and working late, Thomas was able to schedule tours conveniently and worked around our schedule with no complaints. Thomas was able to put in an offer for us on a home that we toured, SAME DAY, and the same day our offer was accepted! In less than 20 days we were able to move into our first home! I cannot thank Thomas and Big Real Estate enough. The whole process was stressful, but Thomas and his team were none the less amazing. Even compliments from the seller's realtor, one of the main reasons we were selected on three offers already put in on the home, was how nice and courteous Thomas approached putting in an offer!!! Highly satisfied doesn't even describe how pleased myself and my fiancé are with buying our first home and not being taken advantage of. What can be said about Thomas? There are many words to describe this gentleman: professional, knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, and an active listener, to name a few. We were fortunate to have found him while browsing properties overseas, and once we arrived in Michigan, we called him. He immediately began the process by asking what we were looking for in a home, such as kitchen style, colonial or ranch style, bedrooms, etc. Within a day, he began scheduling showings and recommending areas suitable for finding our desired home. At every step of the process, Thomas had the answers; when he didn't, he did his due diligence to respond to your questions, which is a fantastic quality. For anyone in the market and questioning who is the right fit and best agent to trust in your home search and purchase, I highly recommend Thomas. He will not disappoint. He exceeded our expectations, and we have found a long-lasting relationship with him and his whole team, who helped us purchase our home in less than 25 days of our offer being accepted. Thank You!!!
