Tom was amazing to work with. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and he held our hand through the entire process. He provided great references for everything from loan providers to inspectors to insurance brokers, etc. He's very knowledgeable about the JC/Hoboken/Hudson County area and he patiently worked around our needs. Overall, the buying process went very smoothly for us and most of that is thanks to Tom. Highly recommend working with him.

Just completed selling my house with Tom at over the listing price. His team did a great job helping to prepare the house for sale and staging it in a way that would appeal to buyers. Our first experience with Tom was during a visit to an open house about a year before we hired him as our agent. We ran into several agents during our visits, but Tom stood out to us because of his calm and professional demeanor. So we hired him as our agent, and he didn’t disappoint. He guided us through each step of the process and, as first time home buyers, we became more and more comfortable as the process continued. Tom is very knowledgeable about properties in the Jersey City area (he was even able to share knowledge with us about future city planning) and combined with his professionalism, I would highly recommend Tom as your agent.
