Thomas Gist

Thomas Gist is a licensed realtor with Tierra Antigua Realty. He embodies integrity, hard work, and customer service, going above and beyond to find creative solutions that work for both buyers and sellers. He always wanted to work in real estate, because he feels strongly about helping people find a place to call home where they can “get away from it all”. He loves people and makes them laugh, so naturally, he makes the home-buying process light-hearted while still working hard to negotiate on behalf of his clients. Thomas is from a real estate family and always saw himself growing up to be in the business.

A native Arizonan, born and raised in Yuma, and a Tucson resident for over 20 years, staying after attending the University of Arizona, Thomas loves what southern Arizona has to offer. When he’s not working, you’ll find Thomas running, golfing, playing “over-the-line”, or spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their two children. As a devoted husband and father, his specialty and focus are on working with families as well as investment properties and remodel opportunities, although he is well-versed in all real estate transactions.
