I wish I could give more than five stars to Thomas Howe. I’ve had the privilege of working with him numerous times as he has guided the process of buying and selling three different homes in the Lawrence area. Each time was a better experience than the last.
It begins with the relationship that Thomas builds with his customer, and really gets to know them and what they are looking for. Coupled with his extensive knowledge of the Lawrence real estate market, he makes things happen in an informed and dedicated manner.

Thomas, is an amazing and kind person with so much experience in the housing market. Being a first time home buyer, getting to know the process was very easy. I loved the method that he followed, made me think that buying a house is actually pretty easy if you follow his steps. I do still bother him with all my questions even after moving into my house and I have received a helpful response from him. Thank you so much Thomas! Even after months into moving into my house, I was having troubles with some things, I got all the help from him. He is just a call away and I do not have to worry.
