Thomas Knutson

Tom Knutson is a licensed General Contractor with a passion for design and manages the day-to-day operations for K2 Signature Homes. His role is to cast the vision and see it through to fruition for each project. Tom has been involved in the real estate industry since 2006. His experience ranges from client representation to real estate investment and luxury home development. Tom works closely with the design team and craftsmen to ensure that each home is built with integrity and with the utmost attention to detail. Tom is an Arizona State graduate, who lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, three kids and yellow lab, Dash. He loves spending time with his family, traveling, volunteering with Young Life at ASU, and outdoor adventures.
