Tom is an amazing realtor. I had been considering buying a home about a year ago. Tom showed me a home then but we decided to wait. Over the last year whenever I had a question about a home Tom always answered even though he wasn't officially my realtor yet.
Then my landlord told me I had 30 days to move out. Tom was able to help me find a home that I loved and helped me get the financing in under a month.
During the whole process I felt confident that Tom had my best interests at heart. I never felt like just another commission. Tom was patient and helpful. He always answered my questions immediately and I was able to get a hold of him every time I needed to. Tom was great and if I need a realtor again he will be my first call.

Tom was very professional and timely in helping me and my husband find our forever house. We moved back to Melbourne, FL to retire, and in such a tight real estate market he was very responsive in getting our offers in to the owners. He recommended our mortgage lender as well, and we had a wonderful experience with them -- process and closing were very smooth and probably the least stressful of any of our home buying experiences throughout the years.
