Tom is also short sale and foreclose resource and commercial and investment real estate certified. Tom prides himself on delivering top level service and creating lasting relationships. As a lifelong New York metropolitan area resident, he provides a wealth of knowledge of the area and holds a relocation specialist certification along with a real estate pricing specialist certification from the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals. In his free time, Tom runs a computer business, enjoys travel and hiking with his wife, a food columnist, and visiting with their two grown daughters. His hobbies include antiques research, competition brewing and wine making. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from William Paterson University.
