Thomas is originally from Tampa, Florida and moved to Orlando, Florida where he graduated from the University of Central Florida. He started a career in law enforcement in 2007 and ended up moving to Virginia in 2014 where he continued his career. He left law enforcement in 2020 to pursue a career change where he could still help his community. That was a big motivation that led him to Mission Realty.

When not working, Thomas enjoys time with his wife and two young children. He lives in Goochland County and absolutely loves the area!
