Tom was very available and went through several homes with us. When the decision was made to purchase he took all the roadblocks in stride. While this was the longest cash close I have ever heard of it was due to many Covid-19 issues which had nothing to do with Thomas. The fact is he pushed to get through thise roadblocks quickly even when it looked like quickly was not going to be an option. Great demeanor and accommodating.

We had such a specific set of needs that it was so hard for us to find a house that met all or even part of them. Tom was patient and helpful through months of searching. We eventually decided that building was probably the way to go and instead of being frustrated or irritated, Tom rolled with it, transitioning to looking for houses to looking for land. Once we found the property we wanted, he was on it! He made sure that we knew what was happening ever step of the way and was an advocate for us at a time when things were very difficult. I cannot recommend him enough!
