My husband and I recently had the privilege of working with Thomas a second time. First time around was when we purchased our very first investment property. Years ago, when searching for investment properties, Thomas diligently kept us in the loop as soon as a new property was made available. His responsiveness and thorough communication not only helped with the logistics of the process and transaction, but also made us feel secure and comfortable that no stone was left unturned. Thomas consistently offered suggestions and/or answered questions that we haven’t thought of to ask. After our successful first investment property purchase, we confidently knew we would partner up with Thomas again when the time was ripe to sell. The selling process with Thomas was seamless and super-fast. He created a smooth and easy selling experience for us from start to finish (comps, curb appeal, staging, marketing, strategic pricing, etc). Our property sold faster and over our expectations all thanks to Thomas’ creativity and professionalism.

Overall, Thomas is extremely knowledgeable with selling and buying, specifically for the locations we were interested in. He is always easy to reach and responds quickly to all our questions. We bought our first house with Thomas Peters at Sereno. Thomas is very calm, patient, very quick to react on opportunities and is very responsive in his communication. We felt we can trust him as a friend to guide us through the process (interpreting disclosures, contract clauses, etc) and he has an excellent feel for the direction of the market. Thomas was also very graceful and put our interest first when we got ourselves in a tough position. Although we were hesitant and the process took a long time, Thomas never lost sight of our goal to buy a house. He was also extremely responsive and helpful after we moved into the house to provide referrals for contractors and suppliers. Thomas is a great person and a great agent to have on your side when trying to buy a house in the Silicon Valley.

We had a wonderful experience working with Thomas. He was very patient, knowledgable and not pushy at all. His integrity is demonstrated by the fact that he would tell us the drawbacks of the house, if we saw any, as opposed to trying to sell us the house at any cost.
