Thomas Piecara

Thomas has guided hundreds of home buyers and sellers through home ownership since 2004. Being a native of South Jersey, he has experienced Cape May in various ways, such as being a tourist, investor, second homeowner, and, eventually, a local. This diverse perspective allows him to understand better his clients, their goals, and the realization of their dreams.
Thomas describes himself as a good listener who asks the right questions, exhibiting an upbeat personality, a Boy Scout's integrity, and a bulldog's tenacity. A past client has told him that he has "enough energy to power a small city," which may come into play during negotiations, market conditions, and achieving common goals.

While many successful real estate agents showcase their sales awards as a testament to their success, Thomas values repeat business from families, referrals from his client base, and the kind words of people he has helped achieve their dreams as his benchmarks. He has married his wife Nanci for 33 years and enjoys long-term relationships. Thomas is also a singer/musician who performs locally. His ultimate goal is to help his clients find their slice of paradise and join him at the Jersey Shore.
