Success in this business takes hard work and Thomas had had the honor of earning several awards throughout his career including Volunteer of the Year for 2011 and REALTOR® of the Year for 2012. His work ethic didn't start in the real estate industry, but followed him from his past career; he has been awarded numerous Commendations with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) including the prestigious Combat Cross.

Thomas is a member in good standing of the Greater Binghamton Association of REALTORS®, NYS Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition Thomas has also served as a Board of Director to his local Association for the past 5 years and has served as the President for the past 2 years.

Thomas feels that being a REALTOR® is more than joining a professional association, he believes REALTORS® should be involved in the community where they work as well. Thomas has served his community in many capacities from local food drives to a yearly charity golf outing to benefit Broome County Habitat for Humanity. He and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity International and to date they have donated over $2.25 million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat homes.

In Thomas' free time he enjoys spending time fishing on Seneca Lake and spending time with his wife and daughter.
