Thomas Schumacher

Thomas is a Crowley native and parishioner of St. John's Catholic Church in Mermentau. He first started working in real estate in college running financials for rental properties. Upon graduating from UL Lafayette with a degree in Business Finance, he moved to Florida working with Coast Properties and later joined Alys Beach along Highway 30A in Northwest Florida. After three years of living in Florida, Thomas moved back to his home state and began the first full service property management business for vacation rentals and managing high-end homes on False River, St. Francisville, and Baton Rouge. Having worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years, he brings a sound understanding of real estate, short term investing, and management. Thomas is currently pursuing his MBA at Florida State University with a focus on Real Estate.
