I’ve worked with Tom since 2008 when I transferred to Minnesota from the West Coast. He’s helped me buy and sell 2 properties, placed our family in a temporary rental, and acted as our property manager when we were transferred out of town for a short period of time. His knowledge of the market is second to none, and his sense of urgency is amazing. He is well connected in the finance side and knows the right companies to work with based on the nuances of the home and buyer.

We’ve never felt pressured or “sold” in any situation- Tom is always patient. Not only do I recommend him, I’ve recommended him to my kids and Tom found a great starter home for my son last Fall. Highly recommend Tom for your next home or property purchase.

I have known Tom for about 4 months now, and from the get go it was very apparent that he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of expertise in the field of buying houses. The most important part for me, a first time home buyer, was having someone on my team that could help me through the complicated process and there to answer any questions that I might have had. Tom was there 100% for anything I needed. If any of my friends was looking for someone to be their realtor, I wouldn't at all hesitate recommending Tom!
