Thomas Solomon

Tom Solomon is a lifelong resident of Modesto. Tom graduated from California State University, Chico, with a B.A. degree in Social Sciences and later earned a California teaching credential. Tom entered the commercial real estate industry in July 1979, and founded CoSoL Commercial Real Estate with his partner in 1987. Tom has acted as real estate broker to many major clients completing numerous sale and lease transactions in the San Joaquin/Stanislaus region. Tom and his wife Denise have three children, Thomas, Julia, and Jeffrey. He is on the Board of Directors for The Center for Human Services. Tom prides himself on “allowing my success to follow that of my client’s success”.
