Thomas Stravecky

Tom Stravecky has been involved with real estate in the Fort Lauderdale area for the past twenty years. Originally from New England, Tom is a graduate of Boston University, with graduate degrees from Harvard, as well as Yale School of Management. Tom utilizes his education and experience as a strong foundation for a successful sales and marketing career.

Tom’s years of experience as an executive with large corporations that own and operate residential and commercial real estate across the country give him a unique perspective of the real estate market. Tom also has extensive experience with the development of new construction projects and consults with developers throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties.

Tom enjoys all aspects of the real estate process. His team of agents specializes in waterfront and luxury properties as well as new development opportunities along the southeast coast of Florida.
