He began his career working with one of NYC’s top residential brokers at Coldwell Banker’s luxury brand, Previews, and at Sotheby’s.
He joined Corcoran, the number one brokerage in the city, in 2017, where he collaborates with sellers and buyers in all price points, from first-time buyers to investors, selling studio condominiums to townhomes in all parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn. In addition, he is a top agent in his home neighborhood of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn - having sold and closed more listings in the Clinton Hill Apartments than any other agent in the city. A New Yorker since 1989 he has extensive knowledge of the city and its real estate. Tom understands the challenges and he guides clients through the process, whether mastering cooperative board packages, navigating property searches, preparing, or fielding offers, or any other aspect of a sale, keeping deals on track to close as quickly and smoothly as possible. Tom is also a writer of fiction, lyric, and libretto.
He is a produced playwright and an advanced member of prestigious BMI Musical Theatre Writer’s Workshop. He is a pet owner, Gym goer, avid traveler, aspirational surfer, proficient bread baker, enthusiastic plant grower, restaurant enthusiast, and a lover of our incredible city.
