In 2011, Thomas joined a boutique brokerage specialized in property flips, obtaining his real estate license through an internship. As the market shifted away from flips, he transitioned to a prominent brokerage where he honed his contract negotiation skills and learned the importance of prioritizing the client experience.

In 2019, Thomas found his professional home at Keller Williams Realty Boise, and is now the Director of Operations for the Agents With A Smile Team. Here, he seamlessly merges his real estate enthusiasm with his adept problem-solving abilities, facilitating clients' significant life purchases with unwavering dedication.
