Thurston was fantastic for our home buying experience. He walked us through the process step-by-step as first time homebuyers and helped us purchase our first home very efficiently. From the first time we met him to closing on our house only took 7 weeks! He is very responsive and quickly answers texts and calls. Most importantly, he got us a tour of the home we bought before it hit the market and had an offer accepted before anyone else saw the house. We would’ve never gotten our home without him. Even after closing he continued to help us with recommendations for electricians and other services we had questions about as first time homebuyers. We will definitely stay in touch and reach out to him if we ever need to buy or sell again in the future. I highly recommend him!

Kind. Friendly. Diligent worker: spent endless hours late into the night finding properties that fit our interests. Saw numerous properties with us and provided insight on inspections and areas of concern for the property. Knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and educated us in a coherent manner that made sense to us as first time home buyers. Always open to questions. Never felt rushed or pressured.

He found us the perfect home. Found great team to finalize purchase. Would recommend and work with again in the future.

We had a couple of realtors list this property and could not get a buyer but Thurston got the job done. He was always PROFESSIONAL, available and courteous. Thurston was extremely knowledgeable about our area, he knew the market (how to price and timing) and showed great attention to detail.
