It was a strong turnout and as one of the invited Senior service providers, I was able to make some strong contacts with other business professionals and discuss our services with many attendees. When I areived in Reno I was unfamiliar with the many neighborhoods and their individual merits. I began working with Thuy at the beginning of my search in September. She gained a bettter understanding of my needs and used those to taylor recommended properties. I reviewed many online and visited Reno a few times for in person tours. I found the perfect home surprisingly fast and entered into escrow in November. Thuy was of great assistance throughou the home buying process and afterwards. Thuy is the ideal partner as she ubderstands the Reno housing market and neighborhooods and is able to determine what home is ideal for her customer. If I were ro require the services if a realtor again, I would work with Thuy.

Thuy and Steve did a great job for us. They make a great team — Thuy has a in depth knowledge of so many aspects of realty industry. Her networking gives her an edge in knowing and dealing with the realtors on the other side of the transaction. Steve compliments by being great at recognizing renovations and code requirements. He is super knowledgeable about all the little details someone else might miss. They were fast to help us find our new home and had good recommendations for contractors to get all the necessary upgrades started as soon as we closed. Great team.

Thuy was always very diligent and thoughtful with every step in the process of selling our family home and every recommendation she made in order for it to be a seamless process. Thuy is a premier realtor in the greater Reno area. She has lived in the area for decades and knows about nearly every part and every neighborhood in Reno and Sparks. We were new to the area and Thuy was so helpful putting a packet together and telling us about the different neighborhoods around Reno and showing us houses in each of those neighborhoods based on our interests. The real estate market is very competitive in Reno and Thuy was very patient as our journey took a while, but she found us the home we ended up purchasing and love the home and the area. It's good to have a knowledgeable and seasoned realtor on your side as you look to buy in a competitive market like Reno. She also has a very good sense of design and landscape. We've also appreciated her network of great referrals for inspections, home improvement/repair, remodeling, landscaping, and many more. I met Thuy Tran shortly after my father passed away last fall. He was one of the original owners in Fieldcreek. I live in Central Oregon and had made multiple trips the past year. She gently kept in touch with me the subsequent months. My husband and I returned in late February to ready the house for sale and met again with Thuy. She outlined her proposed sale approach and put me in touch with an Estate Sales individual who could assist in clearing out the home.

When we completed all that we could do and returned to Oregon, she and her husband Steve got busy. They went above and beyond, patching up small holes in the walls left by pictures, touched up paint, removed the final items left by the Estate Sales individual and performed the final wipe down of counters and such.

She listed the house on a Friday and accepted offers up to and including the following Wednesday. Five of the seven were well above the asking price. During this process she kept me informed and made me feel very comfortable, being a state away. Once the offers were in, we reviewed them, pros and cons, ranked them in order and made our final decision.

Thuy and Steve couldn’t have handled this sale any better, we felt we were in the care of top professionals the entire time. We would highly recommend Thuy Tran and husband partner Steve Schifferdecker to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
