Tiana helped me purchase my first home in 2021 and made the whole entire process seamless. As much stress as purchasing a home comes with, Tiana always made sure I was making the most informed decisions and alleviated a lot of the paperwork worry that came along with the process. We found Tiana by accident but we are happy we did! She is a gem! She goes above and beyond to make sure me and Kelly will find our first home! We live in Pullman, WA and have to drive to Vancouver for appointments and Tiana always made sure we are well taken cared off such as treating us to lunch because she knows we drove 5.5hrs, she brings us coffee if our appointment is too early and not just us but others too! She attends our inspection appointment because we couldn’t. And as first time homebuyers, we don’t know much what to look in walk through, but thank God we have Tiana! And as always, she knows what we need! Very very professional, a 9-am appointment becomes 8-am! The point is she goes above and beyond with her position. And she comes with a welcome gift in our first day in our first home!

Tiana facilitated the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tiana was able to negotiate a new roof and our closing costs. She really made sure that my wife and I were happy with every aspect of our sale and purchase. That to me made the biggest difference from other realtors, she always made sure we were satisfied. My family loves our new home. She was able to find us a single family with all of our specific requests regarding school district and location during a time where real estate inventory was low.
