We reached out to Tianna to ask if she’d be able to help us find new tenants on short-notice for our rental property, since we had to let our previous tenants out of their lease early (military family on orders). From start to finish, Tianna was extremely thorough and the ultimate professional, helping find a great family for us to rent to. We are extremely happy we had her to guide us through the process. After trying to apply for many of this realtor’s properties, they reached out to assist me in my rental search. The help has been much appreciated. They ensured that I received listings that were conducive to my needs. She was always very responsive and straight forward when it came to any listing I inquired about. I am beyond satisfied with their help in finding my new home.

Tianna is the best real estate agent in the world!
Over the years I have bought and sold real estate. And in all that time, I have never been given the level of service and care that Ms. Smith provided for me on my most recent transaction! I would rate with six stars if I could! At every step of the process she maintained an unprecedented level of communication with me. She would email or call me several times per day to make sure that I signed and initialed paperwork. She advised me of work with contractors that needed approval, and she even called me during the day to check on me personally. She was on top of every situation, major and minor, and kept me generally informed without causing me to worry one bit.

To sum it up, if you're not working with Tianna, you're working with the wrong agent. Period. With her esoteric knowledge of real estate and the markets where she works, she shone bright like a beacon of information and reassurance and always maintained her cool. At the end of my transaction I was surprised to find that she had three other clients whose transactions she was working on in addition to my own! I would never have known this if she hadn't casually brought it up in conversation.
She was really a blessing on my life and I will continue to call on her first for ALL of my future real estate transactions! Thank you, Tianna!
