2023. Inflation through the roof. Houses overvalued. Supply miniscule. This is the most difficult & frustrating time to purchase a home in a generation. Listing my mom's house with Tibitha was a smart move on our part. She met with us at the house brought comparisons from homes listed in the area ,compared our property with the others apples to apples and gave as a number she thought it was worth. The house sold over asking price, despite problems between the 1st buyer and his lender and 2 interest rate hikes the 6 weeks it was off the market. I would reccomend Tibitha and her agents to anyone. If you want it sold, call Tibitha.

She was not only able to help me find a great space in an awesome location, but helped me close a loan in 13 days. To add to her exceptional performance, we were able to negotiate a LOWER PRICE IN THE SUMMER OF 2021 MARKET! She keeps a network that is unbelievably honest and FAST. I was able to get a roof, plumbing, floor refinishing, paint, financing, a dumpster, inspection, garage  and so many other estimates for service in record time.
