Tiffany Biggins

Tiffany has been in real estate for over 20 Plus years, starting in Contracts for HUD and REO Bank Owned Properties. Started with a real estate license in Indiana back in 2015, which she still holds and made her way down to GA, where the last two years Tiffany has received her Brokers license, made it to the Million Dollar Club and this past 2021 she has been awarded the Highest Volume and Units Closed award in her brokerage for New Homes Division as well as #2 from NAMAR in Highest Volume. Tiffany has received other awards to include customer service, where she prides herself in buyer knowledge and education, and this year’s 2022 Spirit Award for longest tenure dedication and helping her peers. Although Tiffany is truly grateful for these awards, her greatest accomplishments have come from helping buyers with home ownership whether it be in resale or New Construction.
