Tiffany made Captain of my “A” Team. So absolutely I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to list and sell their home or is looking for a new place to live. She surpassed all my expectations.
As leader of the “A-Team” she introduced her teammates on day-1 and let me know they ALL were going to work hard on this project and keep me happy and well informed. So, we decided to list my home for sale with her broker Justin at EHS Realty. Tiffany was always professional, nice, and super knowledgeable. You can trust Tiffany and the A-Team to get the job done right.
Tiffany worked with me every step of the way and I felt well informed throughout the process. At no time did I find myself hanging waiting for something. In fact, I had a tenant and close friend (Darrin) renting my home and she kept not only me, but him informed of all the open houses, appointments, so I didn’t have to. I had a pleasant hands-off dealing with tenant because Tiffany did all that for me. Further, she found Darrin a new home to live in. I’m so proud of her she did that! I didn’t have to do anything.
The thing I liked best about Tiffany was I felt at ease talking with her and she intuitively understood me. I also loved that she and partner Jessica worked extremely well together and kept the project moving forward and me informed what was going on in “real-time” as things happened. I would ask Jessica a question, and I got a call back immediately with the answer and it was Tiffany. They sound a lot alike…if it wasn’t for caller ID, I would not know who I was talking with. So, this shows me just how close and in-touch they with each other in getting the information back to me quickly and efficiently. This showed me I had the “A-Team” working for me.
I work during the day and don’t have my phone or text access, so I had a lot of late-night texting. I really didn’t expect her to answer until the next day. But to my surprise, she always answered. Even 9 or 10pm texted. That’s the 150% in my book. Tiffany would continuously keep pushing the entire project forward 150% to keep us all on track. In a very nice and professional way. My applause to her and her leading the A-Team.
