With over 16 years’ experience in Real Estate, plus 3 prior years focusing on retirement properties, Tiffany has weathered the ups and downs, and back ups of the San Diego Real Estate Market. This has meant being fluent in multiple disciplines including interest rates, short sales, foreclosures, distressed properties, multiple offers, income property, gentrifying neighborhoods, all with the art of negotiation at its center.

Specializing in international passports, and fluent in English and French, she has had the privilege of working with clientele from over 12 countries, as diverse as France and the United Arab Emirates. Fixing and flipping her own properties, as well as serving on an HOA Board of Directors, both as Secretary & President, has shaped her outlook on deferred maintenance as well as architectural components, and has taught her what to look for and when to walk away in real estate investing.

In all her travels San Diego remains always the most beautiful city she’s known. It’s where she was born and raised, and everything this it has to offer is dear to my heart.
