Tiffany Johannes is Broker-in-Charge of RE/MAX Executive, Ballantyne. She is a resourceful problem-solver, skilled negotiator, tenacious advocate, astute analyst, and a lifelong seeker of knowledge. Over a decade of experience has led to her successful closing of more than five hundred real estate transactions. Tiffany's foundation in Business Management and Finance at NC State University set the stage for her diverse career. She has taken on roles in major corporations, supported small businesses, and worked in the public sector alongside a US Congressman. Transitioning into real estate in Charlotte, Tiffany honed her business acumen through advanced courses and leadership training, earning her GRI credential in just one year. As the Broker-in-Charge of Charlotte Home Experts, she became known as a dedicated mentor, instilling professionalism in her agents.

Now at RE/MAX Executive, Tiffany embraces modern technologies to benefit her clients and leads a program for aspiring agents. She expertly manages her time to maintain a brisk pace of business while delighting clients with her problem-solving skills. She also commits to continuing education and serves on the boards of multiple organizations, including the South Charlotte Partners, the Charlotte Regional Realtors® Association, the Canopy Multiple Listing Service Board, and the Canopy Housing Foundation, which strives for housing stability for all.

Tiffany's energy and drive stem from her focus on health, nutrition, and a vigorous exercise regimen. She is an avid runner, preparing for her third Spartan Trifecta competition. Above all, she treasures the time spent with her husband, Mike, and daughter, Zoe.
