About Tiffany
Tiffany Malone has lived in the Madison area since she was 7 years old and loves calling it home. She was born in Chicago and when her mom made the big move to settle them in Middleton she attended Sauk Trail Elementary and Kromery Middle School and then the year before graduation, they moved to Madison and she graduated from West High School.
She graduated from Upper Iowa University with a bachelors in human services and a minor in criminal justice. Her vast work experience includes working in insurance for American Family Insurance and Allstate Insurance for several years, and at the state of Wisconsin (social security disability) for 8 years. As someone who is driven and motivated, she decided to obtain her Realtors license after her departure from the State in 2017. She knew it would be a challenge, and she’s happy to report that when you love what you do, the challenges are much more enjoyable. Real estate is a perfect fit for her. Her problem solving skills, patience, and resourcefulness have been major assets to her success in the real estate industry and she has significant goals that she is confident she will achieve. One of those goals is her commitment to her clients and the relationships she creates in making sure they understand and are properly guided through the home buying and selling process. That is one of the reasons Alvarado Real Estate Group is the team she chooses to be a part of because it is not about the number of transactions that matter, it is the quality of the relationship and the ability to serve her clients in their best interest.
She’s deeply committed to diversity and inclusion work within the real estate industry. Being raised by a single Black mother who overcame many obstacles, she witnessed first hand how she was treated and the opportunities she missed because of her race and gender. She knows there is a way to change that. Her goal is to make a difference in the lives of others, to build generational wealth for her family, and to advocate for others.
She loves to travel and spend time with her blended family and her 3 fur babies. Volunteering is also an important part of her life. She is an 8th grade parent representative for the Dual Language Immersion Program and a member of the PTO at Madison Metropolitan School District and am part of the Community Wealth Building Design Team.
