I'm Tiffany Senden and I have a passion for all things home! My family, including twin boys, absolutely love living in the low country and we want to share that experience with my clients. I come from a background in sales and marketing in the lighting, home furnishings & design industry where I had the opportunity to work with top designers. My design background, coupled with my family's business in development and construction, allows me to envision a homes' potential through renovation and design opportunities. I'm an HGTV junkie and love helping my clients uncover the possibilities in any property…opening up floor plans, renovating kitchens/baths and adding charm with architectural accents! My wish for my clients is to find the right home, not just a house that may fit their needs, but a home they fall in love with and write their story in. When selling your home , I focus intently on the pre-marketing stage, before the home is put on the market.
