When there were disagreements, Tiffany was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset gave me the confidence she would get the job done. Tiffany is top-notch, and I highly recommend working with her, especially if you're a first-time buyer! I met Tiffany through another website (which was kind of a fluke), but it worked in my favor. She is an authentically kind person who is also professional, responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. The best part is Tiffany is a masterful negotiator and got me $5K below asking with a credit from the seller for repairs. Another great feature is that Tiffany has a network of others who are as professional and nice as she is, including a home inspector, lender, etc. It's evident that her network comes from extensive experience in the real estate industry.

Tiffany did an excellent job on the groundwork for searching for my house and making me feel comfortable throughout the process, also fighting for me to get closing assistance, and negotiating buyers credits for me in my contract. I enjoyed working with Tiffany. She was very understanding and helpful through the process of selling a home. She listened to my concerns, she was willing to work with me virtually and was able to be present when I couldn't physically be there. She gave me second and third options, thoroughly explained everything so that I was aware of what's going on. She was resourceful, she allowed me to meet and work with people she knew to get the best results of different tasks. Tiffany is a hardworker, she's family oriented and she will go to bat for her clients. I would with out a doubt work with Tiffany in the future. My family and I are grateful for her service. I highly recommend Tiffany, especially for first time home buyers looking in DC! I’m so thankful to have randomly met Tiffany at an open house. She is responsive, kind, and easy to work with, and she carefully walked me through every step in my first home purchase. She handled all the negotiations, got me $25K below asking, and ensured the seller paid for necessary repairs. Also had great recommendations on what lender, inspector, and repair folks to work with. There I was, an older first-time homebuyer from Vermont; hadn't lived in a big city for 40 years, had no idea where to even start. Tiffany Stone led me gently and efficiently by the hand through the complicated process of finding a comfortable and happy nest to spend my elder years in--and helped negotiate pricing, financing, inspections, etc. And THEN she helped me find people to do painting, odd jobs, tiling, etc. She's warm, enthusiastic, knowledgable, and skilled, and now I have my first friend in my new neighborhood.

Tiffany is an amazing real estate agent! She helped us navigate the difficult process of both buying and selling our house - and made it seem so easy. She staged our house so beautifully that we almost wanted to stay. Without a doubt, her staging skills helped sell our house. She priced the house right so we received lots of interest, and then she negotiated a great deal for us in a tough market. She was always honest, trustworthy and never pressured us. There were multiple families interested in the house we purchased and she was able to finalize the deal at a great price without any drama. You always feel like Tiffany is working for your best interest. I recommend her highly and without any hesitation --- she is a complete pleasure to work with and will make sure you purchase the best house for the best price.

Tiffany is a great realtor. I began the home-buying process in my 20s and was so nervous about purchasing my first home. Tiffany was very patient and helped me navigate the process. She sincerely wanted me to find a home I loved and one that fully met my needs. I also benefited so much from the entire team of professionals with whom she works. Everyone including the title company, home inspector, termite inspector and mortgage lender was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me, which really put me at ease throughout the process. Ms. Stone is a seasoned professional who is calm, patient, and effective. As my agent, she exhibited extraordinary flexibility in processing my concerns and finding solutions for an effective sale. She considered my priorities and tactfully found a way to build a presentation package that worked for the sale of my house. Each hurdle came down. She knows the market and she is a great people person. This is important when feeling out possibilities during open houses! There was rarely a concern that she did not have a seamless stress reducing approach to address. Yes I was positioned in the best way to navigate a relatively prompt sale and she ensured it was done. This sale occurred at the onset of COVID19. I was pleased with the results.

My family hired Tiffany to sell my parent's home in Potomac and help them transition and purchase a home at Leisure World that better fit their needs. Tiffany was very patient in working with my parents who were quite resistant at the time. She really listened and sensitively suggested changes regarding staging without being pushy. She took extra time with them and really showed them that she cared. She was able to negotiate an even better than expected deal for them in both the sale and purchase.
