Tiffany White

Tiffany grew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and Columbus, Ohio, before heading to the University of Miami in Florida for college, where she was a collegiate athlete. Her talent and hard work earned her a spot on the U.S. National Diving Team at the age of 21. Through her national and international travels while representing the United States, Tiffany found her love for people, culture, and community. After graduating, Tiffany moved to the East Bay area of California to be closer to her sister and taught elementary school for several years. In 1999, after relocating to Dallas, Texas, she decided to follow her strong interest in the community and embarked on her real estate career. She gained valuable knowledge of home construction and the importance of presentation by working in new construction sales for a national home builder. Tiffany moved to the Queen City 20 years ago and has been a top producing agent in Charlotte residential real estate market. She joined Corcoran HM Properties in early 2022.

Tiffany’s love of real estate shows in her well-rounded career spanning new home construction, property management, residential development, and residential real estate. This experience helps her see the big picture in each transaction. As a listing specialist, her attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic consistently produces record-breaking results. Her buyer clients appreciate her kind, positive, and fun personality and know she is determined to find them the best fitting community, neighborhood, and home for their lifestyle.

Tiffany lives in South Charlotte’s Beverly Crest neighborhood and has two children, Kenna (16), Kade (19), and three mixed-breed rescue dogs, Luna, Ozzie, and May. She enjoys all activities, especially sports with her two children, running, reading, and traveling. Kenna and Kade attended public and private schools in the Charlotte area and Tiffany is very familiar with navigating both school systems. She has also been on the Charger Club Executive Board for Providence Day School as membership chair and is currently the president through 2023.
