Tigist and the RES Realty team were wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. She responded quickly to texts and emails. Despite our busy schedule, Tigist made sure that she was available for showings and questions.

Tigist was patient, friendly, and professional. She never pressured us to make an offer, and when we were ready to make an offer, she was a rockstar at helping us make our offer stand out from the others.

Tigist walked us through the entire process and made it as painless as possible! I'm still surprised at how fast and smoothly everything went. She was super knowledgeable and was able to answer every question that we could come up and advised us on a LOT of things that we would never have thought of! We are extremely happy with the experience and we are in love with the house we bought!
