The founder of the corporation is Tim Bradley. Tim was born and raised in Indiana. Tim has a strong business background with 21 years of sales experience. Twelve years of his experience was as an executive recruiter. His main focus for the first six years was to provide engineers for the manufacturing industry. The last six years consisted of recruiting high level executives for Fortune 100 and 500 companies along with a main focus on high level management for the commercial construction industry.
Tim has eight years of real Estate experience as a licensed real estate sales person. He is currently licensed as a real estate broker, members of the Nation Association of Realtor and a member of the Metropolitan Board of Realtors (MIBOR).
Tim was initiated as an agent for TD Realty Group in Carmel, IN. His work with investors over the past eight years has provided Tim with a great deal of experience. Tim has provided over 500 investment properties to investors.
This process includes locating, inspecting, performing a CMA for the property, estimating the repair cost for the property and representing the buyer throughout the purchase process. With locating investment properties Tim provides construction services for Clients on their investment properties. This would include all areas of rehab construction according to the performed inspection.
Tim has completed hundreds rehabs in the seven years.
